• Devotees at the Ram Mandir will receive cardamom seeds as prasad, a mixture of sugar and cardamom, at no charge.
• A machine has been installed in the pathway of exit to distribute prasaad to the devotees.
• Devotees, granted special permissions, can present pure vegetarian sweets and similar offerings to Lord Ram. However, for security reasons, they are not permitted to offer coconuts, floral garlands, ornaments, or any other items to Lord Ram.

• The temple is located approximately 200 meters from the main entrance of the Ram Mandir complex. Wheelchair facilities are provided free of charge at the main entrance to assist elderly and disabled devotees in reaching the temple.
• To reach the Ram Temple in the Ram Mandir, one needs to ascend 32 steps facing the lion. Subsequently, crossing five Mandaps is required to reach the Garbh Grih, where the enchanting Ramlala can be observed from a distance of 30 feet.
• While visiting the temple, the devotees should keep only the essential things like money and glasses with them. The devotees cannot carry their personal belongings (phone, wallet, stationery, pen, Note etc.) inside the campus. For other items, there is a provision of depositing them in the lockers available free of cost, on the Darshan Marg.
• Electric buses, introduced citywide, provide a sustainable mode of transportation for commuters. Additionally, golf carts are offered for a nominal fee of Rs 50 per person, enhancing convenience and accessibility for local transportation.
• Adjacent to the Ram Mandir, the Mahavir Temple Trust of Amava Patna operates the Ram Rasoi. Devotees can enjoy a delicious and complimentary meal by presenting a valid Aadhar Card as part of this generous offering.
• For those in need of medical assistance or care, the Ram Mandir provides a medical camp on-site. Additionally, the Shri Ram Hospital is conveniently located near the campus, ensuring that necessary healthcare services are readily accessible for individuals requiring medical attention.
